All Tim Gramp wines have been handcrafted from only the best quality parcels of fruit that display both definitive regional and varietal characteristics. The winery is based in the famous Watervale region, the home of some of Australia’s finest Riesling, and Tim sources fruit exclusively from selected Watervale growers off individual vineyard sites.
Tim’s heritage and focussed commitment have nurtured and reinforced his winemaking philosophy: to produce exceptional wine from small parcels of fruit selected from single-site vineyards in the famous wine sub-region of Watervale, Clare Valley.
