Since the 2015 vintage this wine has had an oenological journey from vineyard to bottle. This Shiraz is a collaboration with other winemakers from Spain, Croatia, Crete, France, and Australia. It was through their generous giving of knowledge from my past visitations that I was able to complete the art form of this wine.
The result is a full bodied, full flavoured, yet balanced Shiraz.
