STYLE: Produced as a classic dry style.
VITICULTURE: The fruit was sourced from the Castine family Golf House single site vineyard. The soil profile is red loam over friable limestone and the yield was 1.6 tonnes/acre.
VINIFICATION: Mild weather throughout January allowed for even ripening conditions and good flavour profiles. Pronounced lime/lemon aromas and flavours, with hints of orange blossom are a confirmed indicator of another great Riesling vintage in the Clare Valley. The grapes were harvested in early February. Only the free run juice is used for the Tim Gramp Riesling. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and filtered. The wine was bottled in mid July. 12.5% alc/vol
