The fruit for this wine was sourced from a single site vineyard in the famous Watervale region. Complex savoury aromas of black cherry and dusky brooding spices. On the palate there is an exciting array of savoury and spice, balanced with fine tannins. A juicy round mid palate and good length of flavour is a result of time honoured basket pressing. This supple style of wine can be enjoyed as a versatile food accompaniment. Short term cellaring of 3-5 years.
