VINIFICATION

A combination of consistent warm days and cool nights from early to mid February enabled the development of deep hues and magnificent flavour profiles. The grapes were harvested in mid February and fermented on skins through to dryness in static stainless steel fermenters. Traditional basket pressing has given the wine a balanced, full mid palate and good length of flavour. 14.5% alc/vol
